What file types can I upload?
The upload screen shows the file formats currently accepted by PrintHere. PDF is usually the best choice when you want the printed layout to stay exactly as intended.
Can I choose A4 or A5?
Yes. A4 is 210 × 297 mm and is the standard size for most documents. A5 is 148 × 210 mm and is useful for more compact documents.
Can I print in colour or black and white?
Yes. You can choose black and white or colour during the print workflow, and the price updates based on the option selected.
Can I print single-sided or double-sided?
Yes. Choose single-sided or double-sided printing during the workflow. The selected option is stored with your order for production.
Can I choose print quality?
Yes. The workflow includes selectable DPI print-quality options. The available choices and any additional pricing are shown before checkout.
Can I print a shipping label?
Yes. Choose Shipping Label as the print type and the workflow will show label-specific options such as the available label size and copies.
How is the price calculated?
The total can include the applicable page-band rate, colour choice, print quality, single or double-sided option, copies and delivery. The live total is shown before you add the job to your basket.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Customer-facing PrintHere prices are set up as VAT-inclusive, and VAT is shown separately on the VAT invoice where applicable.
Can I order more than one document at the same time?
Yes. Finish one print job, add it to the basket, reset the printing workflow and create another job before checking out.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
PrintHere can send a dispatch email when the order leaves production. The email can include your delivery information and VAT invoice.
